One of the prettiest things that can be seen in the Christmas season is the beautiful array of lights adorning trees, street lamps and streaming across the top of homes. Christmas lights have evolved a lot over time and they continue to evolve.

These days, with an emphasis on saving energy and on being more aware of our environment, inventions like RGB Christmas lights are being used more and more. Because RGB lights use up less energy, don’t get hot like traditional lights and last longer, their use has changed the face of Christmas lighting and lighting in general.

What started in 2015 as a couple strings of incandescent lights and a Mr. Christmas controller has turned into a full blown Raspberry Pi ran, Falcon controlled Christmas lights extravaganza. of over 30,000 RGB LED pixels capable of producing any color imaginable. Countless amount of hours are spent sequencing the music to the lights and months of preparing wires and props. Why? just to see the smiles on Passer Byers faces.
